Return Instructions Guide:

  2. Enter your order number and shipping zip code.
  3. Select the product(s) you wish to return.
  4. Choose the reason for your return.
  5. Specify where you would like the refund to be directed.
  6. Select your preferred method of return.
  7. Print out the complimentary return label provided and affix it to your return package. Bring your packed items to the carrier indicated on the label. (Note: If you opt not to use our provided label, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your HearYou hearing aid(s), you have the option to return them within 30- days of receipt for a full refund.

Upon receiving the returned hearing aid(s) at our office, and provided they are still in good condition, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.


Before returning your hearing aids due to malfunction, we encourage you to consult our troubleshooting guide, as the issue may be resolved without needing to return the device.

Additional information:

The 30-day trial period commences on the day your devices are delivered to you. To be eligible for a return, the mailing date must be within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that for international orders, HearYou will not cover shipping and customs costs (if applicable).

The returns policy will not apply if a HearYou device has been modified or damaged, if the serial number has been altered, or if unauthorized repairs have been made. In such cases, you will be billed for the full amount of the device. Any promotions are contingent upon retaining the hearing device(s) within the 30-day trial period. Returned hearing device(s) are not subject to a) any monetary value based on the discounted amount applied to the original purchase or b) all promotional gift(s) must be returned as part of the 30-day trial period to qualify for a valid refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
