Are these real hearing aids?

HearYou in the sale of Over-the-Counter (OTC) hearing aids. OTC hearing aids are devices designed to improve hearing for individuals with mild to moderate hearing loss. These devices can be purchased directly without the need for a prescription.

On the other hand, sound amplifiers, also known as Personal Sound Amplification Products (PSAPs), are devices intended to amplify environmental sound for non-hearing-impaired consumers.
